Baseline 50+ is the same formula as Baseline Daily with four deliberate changes. B12 goes up to 100 mcg because absorption from food falls with age as stomach acid does. Vitamin D goes up to 25 mcg. Vitamin K2 is added at 75 mcg, in the MK-7 form, because it is the form with the longest half-life in blood. Iron comes out entirely: past middle age most people are not losing iron monthly, and an unnecessary iron dose is the single most common reason a multivitamin upsets a stomach. Everything else is unchanged, including the doses that were already adequate. Two capsules a day with food. We have not added a joint blend, a memory blend or an eye blend, because at the doses that fit alongside twenty-three other nutrients none of them would be doing anything. If you want those, buy them separately at a dose that works. Third-party tested for identity, potency and heavy metals, with the certificate published against your batch number.
